Returns

You can exercise your cancellation/withdrawal right within 14 days upon receipt of the goods and return them to us (see our cancellation policy for distance selling). It is important that you contact our customer service within 14 days upon receipt of the goods at customerservice@anaei.com to validate and authorize the return.

As soon as our customer service has authorized the return, you can return your order or parts of your order to us. The direct cost of returning the goods will be at your end. If you need help with the return of orders including bulky items, the pick up and return can also be organized by our customer service. The cost for pick up and return by our customer service will be communicated to you upfront and will after receipt of goods be deducted from your refund amount.

ATTENTION: With regard to goods produced in accordance with consumer specifications or which are tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer, there shall be no right of objection or return. This shall apply in particular with regard to bespoke outdoor & spa sunbed cushions & outdoor & spa sunbed cushion covers,  outdoor & spa seat cushions & outdoor & spa seat cushion covers, outdoor & spa floor cushions & outdoor & spa floor cushion covers.
